Young Adults

Young adults face different challenges when returning to their communities after incarceration, and often require additional support to find and maintain employment. The unemployment rate for young adults is almost three times higher than the rate for older adults, limiting their ability to build valuable work experience. In addition to providing access to immediate transitional work, individualized job coaching, and job training, CEO connects our young adult participants with specialized programming and resources that more effectively meet their needs.

With more than half of our participants between 18 and 30 years old, CEO is committed to continuously building, implementing, and evaluating programming that addresses their needs and affirms their agency.
