Ayesha is from the Bay Area and currently works as a software engineer at GRAIL, a biotechnology startup in Menlo Park, CA. She holds bachelors and masters degrees from MIT in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. A natural skeptic, she is passionate about leveraging technology — particularly software and algorithms — for positive impact, while also being mindful of the risks technology poses.

Ayesha loves exploring new places and has also lived, worked, or studied in NYC, Portland, Cambridge (England), and Mumbai. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping, yoga, photography, and caring for her 100+ houseplants. She is learning pottery so that she can make planters.
