Victor Ellis is the New York State Regional Director. Victor is responsible for overseeing the program and transitional work operations of CEO’s Upstate locations in CEO Albany, Buffalo, and Rochester and management of Site Directors.

Victor Ellis has been working with CEO since 2000 when he joined our New York City team and has held several leadership positions within CEO.

Victor also manages state and local partnerships, and relationships with critical CEO stakeholders. In this role, Victor ensures the efficiency of staff, fidelity to CEO’s program model, and program outcomes. Prior to CEO, Victor has prior experience working as a Detective Sergeant, with a local Police Department in North Carolina. Victor is also an NYS-certified Workforce Development Specialist.
