Sierra Rigotti leads the Fund Development team at CEO. Her work focuses on securing the philanthropic resources needed to fulfill CEO’s mission and empower the individuals who come through our doors. Her team also includes the organization’s AmeriCorps VISTA program, where members spend a year in service with CEO to strengthen capacity and programmatic sustainability.

Sierra got her start in the social sector through two terms of service with AmeriCorps VISTA, and she joined CEO in 2016. She holds a B.A. from Allegheny College and an M.P.S. from The George Washington University as well as the Salesforce Associate certification. Outside of work, you can find her drawing, exploring a nearby park, or catching up on the news.
