Pat Viklund is the Senior Director of Strategic Implementation, leading a team responsible for organizational coordination, operational efficiency, change management, and programmatic and systems improvements. He joined CEO in 2011 as a Job Developer in Tulsa, assisting participants with connections to full-time jobs. Since then he has had several roles at CEO, including the Site Director of our Oklahoma City Office, overseeing training of all new staff and opening new CEO locations. Previously, Pat taught middle school language arts with Teach for America. He has a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Boston College.
