Maurice Motley

Director, Strategic Implementation


Maurice Motley works on CEO’s Strategic Implementation team where he supports the execution of strategic projects and system improvements that aim to increase org-wide efficiency. In his role, he has oversaw the planning and implementation of large-scale projects such as the revamping of CEO’s staff training program, launching CEO’s first Learning Management System (LMS), and the complete redesign of CEO’s participant scheduling system. Prior to his work on the Strategic Implementation team, Maurice was the founding Site Director for CEO’s Colorado Springs office. In his role as the Site Director, he helped build the foundation for the Colorado Springs operation while executing CEO’s mission of providing recently released individuals with comprehensive employment services in the Colorado Springs community.

Maurice comes to CEO with over 10 years of experience in the justice system, having been a Program Director for a non-profit community corrections organization and has worked for local government agencies. Born and raised in Colorado, Maurice obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). Prior to his work in the criminal justice system, Maurice served in the United States Air force for four years; spending two years at the United States Air Force Academy before honorably discharging from the military.
