KaShonda Lawson joined CEO in July 2020, as the Northern California Regional Director. She provides leadership and oversight for CEO’s funding partnerships, program delivery, and overall operations in Sacramento, Solano, and Marin County. With a wealth of experience in executive-level management, KaShonda has worked for multiple Fortune 500/100 companies for over 25 years.

Before joining CEO, KaShonda held the position of Director of Operations at Purple Communications Inc., a telecommunications company specializing in communication solutions for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. In this role, she oversaw the operations of 15 call centers across various locations, as well as managed sales and remote workforce throughout the United States.  KaShonda holds a B.A. in Business Management and MBA from the University of Phoenix. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Community Justice Association (ICJA).
