Jackie joined CEO in 2016 as the Philadelphia site director, tasked with managing local operations and program management. In 2017, she played a pivotal role in assisting with the launch of the Harrisburg, PA CEO location. Today, Jackie oversees all of the Pennsylvania CEO locations (Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh), drawing on her experience to support CEO's mission.

Prior to joining CEO, Jackie served as the clinical director for a non-profit specializing in community mental health services. As a former therapist, she brings a wealth of knowledge in mental health and systemic challenges to her role at CEO, blending workforce development with a holistic view to meet the needs of program participants. Jackie hopes to empower all those served by CEO to discover the transformational power of finding purpose in their experiences.

She holds a BA in Psychology from Shippensburg University and a MA in Clinical Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University.
