Dr. Genvieve Rimer has nearly 20 years of professional and lived experience in the reentry field. Her portfolio of expertise and credentials range from direct service delivery to technical assistance that transforms workplaces to be inclusive of people with past convictions. Under her leadership, CEO’s Inclusive Hiring team has trained 30,000+ workforce stakeholders, created customized expert curricula that live on platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, and has presented to national audiences virtually and in-person. Dr. Rimer supervises master’s level social work interns and has a doctorate degree in social work from the University of Southern California.
