Emily Dean leads CEO’s Platform & Technical Assistance, focused on providing capacity building support to other reentry providers in CEO's communities nationally. This includes managing administrative services, direct consulting, and tool & resource development. As part of CEO's Strategy & Innovation team, Emily also helps facilitate the development and implementation of CEO's strategic planning processes. Prior to this role, Emily supported sales analysis & operations on CEO's transitional jobs business development team, implementing CEO's go-to-market strategy to expand private sector employer partnerships nationwide.

Prior to joining CEO, Emily was a consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice with a focus on Higher Education and Workforce program design. Emily graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce, concentrating in Sustainability and Global Development.
