David Finger is a Director of Strategic Implementation at CEO. David has worked at CEO since 2020, working on projects and implementations across a variety of CEO’s functions. Since 2023, he has worked on CEO’s Program Support team, leading cross-functional teams working on high impact implementations and process improvements to ensure CEO staff have the tools and systems they need to serve participants each day. Prior to joining CEO, David worked in supply chain management for a consumer good start up and as a paralegal. Outside of work, David is an avid bread baker, backpacker, and (slow) marathon runner. David holds a BA from Vassar College in Political Science.
