Casey is the policy director for CEO focused on increasing access to quality jobs for individuals returning from incarceration. CEO advocates for public investment in employment training, strong partnerships, and support targeted to the particular needs of workers during reentry. Prior to joining the team, Casey provided technical assistance to states passing sentencing and corrections reform to reduce incarceration. She has more than 15 years of state and federal policymaking experience. Casey has a master of public policy from Georgetown University.
