Ayanna Teesdale

Director, Financial Operations


Ayanna Teesdale began working at CEO in 2016. Over the years, she worked her way up from Senior Payroll Account to her current role of Director of Financal Operations. Ayanna is largely responsible for the growth of our payroll/risk division over the last several years. Her previous experience and knowledge in payroll and human resources are exemplified in her success here.

As a seasoned Payroll/HR professional with more than 17 years of experience and consistent success designing, implementing, managing, and administering HR, Payroll, and Benefits system(s) solutions Ms. Teesdale has held various operational, management, and leadership roles in global companies, such as Zara, Esprit and G-III Apparel Group. Ayanna has demonstrates strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and work with teams to meet common goals and objectives and provide value to employers.

She has been responsible for managing payroll and risk,and time & attendance projects, and has served on numerous project steering committees, as well as held the roles of project lead and functional consultant. Other roles included management of day-to-day payroll processing and team operation, as well as year-end compliance and processing for Payroll and Human Resource management.

Ms. Teesdale is a member of the American Payroll Association (APA) now known as PayrollOrg, a Certified ADP Professional, and is a licence Notary of Public.

Ms. Teesdale mother migrated from a small caribbean island call Trinidad & Tobago in 2002 to America with the hope of building a better life for herself and her family. Ayanna immediately enrolled in her first college program and graduated and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Monroe College, and eventually went on to earn her master’s degree in Finance from Devry University.
