As the Director II, Culture and Engagement at CEO, Ashley works with her team to continuously build upon CEO's culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion while ensuring that employees, teams, and managers have the tools, data, and people insights needed to make decisions that drive employee engagement, belonging, and retention. Ashley joined CEO in 2018, and before joining, served in the nonprofit education sector. 

Ashley was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and now lives in New York City. She has a B.A. from New York University and an M.Ed from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
