Arlene Yang is Assistant General Counsel at Center for Employment Opportunities, based in its San Diego office. She is an expert in labor and employment law. She monitors compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and advises on various other matters. Arlene joined CEO in 2023, after years of experience in advising and litigating labor and employment matters. She has experience as an attorney at law firms and federal agencies and as a board member of numerous non-profit organizations. Arlene graduated with a J.D. from New York University School of Law and an S.B. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
