Amber Greenleaf-Santos leads CEO's Employee Experience team, which supports CEO in offering a people- and learning-centered work culture emphasizing community-building across the organization, inclusive and equitable approaches, connecting employees with the data, resources, and knowledge that maximize our individual and collective impact, and engaging and meaningful total rewards. The team also leads the creation and refinement of our organizational DEI strategy and manages all talent and HR processes for the organization.

Prior to CEO, Amber worked for a K-8 charter school in Queens, NY as Director, HR and Talent. She's also played program management roles at NewSchools Venture Fund, where she contributed to a program designed to improve student outcomes at local charter schools, and at Landesa, an organization working to secure land rights for individuals in impoverished countries. Amber's educational background is in English and Museum Studies/Nonprofit Management. She lives in Jersey City with her husband and son.
