Serving as the Regional Director, Southern California for the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) Aaron supports and mentors Directors and Managers in the Los Angeles, San Diego and Inland Empire program sites. Making sure the work stays aligned with core values, the dedicated staff in the Southern California region serve nearly 1,000 formerly incarcerated individuals every year and operate a dynamic social enterprise of 20 transitional work crews. 

Aaron spent the first 15 years of his career working in international development, helping to ensure access to clean drinking water. He traveled extensively and lived for periods of time in the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Uganda and India. Aaron shifted to working in the U.S. with reentry organizations in Seattle in 2016, which eventually led him to join CEO and return to San Diego, the city where he grew up.
