Partner with CEO Transitional Work Crews

As part of our transitional work model, CEO operates 70 work crews across our 11 sites, partnering with city, county and state agencies, universities, housing authorities, and private businesses to provide maintenance and labor services. CEO’s transitional work crews provide partners with high-quality, consistent, supervised work serving a broad range of needs. Crews of 5-7 participants and a CEO Site Supervisor offer flexible services including maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work. CEO provides all necessary training, basic equipment, transportation, and multi-layered oversight to ensure that work is completed successfully and efficiently. All CEO crews include:

  • Insurance, Workers Compensation and Indemnification
  • Trained Professional Crew Leadership
  • Administrative and Logistical Support
  • Flexible and Responsive Work Crews

CEO crews perform a diverse range of services based on our partners’ needs, and can adapt seasonally or day-to-day to provide a flexible, relevant labor force.
