What happens after incarceration? Released with Conviction multimedia exhibit tells the stories of nine individuals, photographed by three photographers, who have recently been released from prison or jail in New York City.

Included a special screening of Released with Conviction as well as a panel discussion on the larger issue of second chances.

Debunking the Myth of Hiring the Formerly Incarcerated

Workshop geared toward small business owners who have questions and concerns about the correct hiring practices for individuals with a criminal history. Judith Whiting, an expert in this field, was a guest speaker.

Finding a Job with a Criminal Conviction

Workshop for formerly incarcerated individuals who are job seeking, this workshop provided tips and helpful information on overcoming obstacles to employment.

CEO Academy Graduation
