CEO’s program model provides a road map for participants to find full-time employment and remain crime free. CEO achieves this goals by providing life skill education, short-term paid transitional employment, full-time job placement and post-placement services. CEO believes that by addressing the employment needs of persons with criminal convictions, they will be less likely to become re-incarcerated and more likely to build a foundation for a stable, productive life for themselves and their families.
