CEO’s program model provides a road map for participants to find full-time employment. CEO achieves this goal by providing life skills education, short-term paid transitional employment, full-time job placement and post-placement services. CEO believes that by addressing the employment needs of individuals with histories of incarceration, they will be less likely to become re-involved with the criminal justice system and more likely to build foundations for stable, productive lives for themselves and their families.
