CEO is a results oriented non-profit committed to “learning by doing.” CEO’s action-oriented learning process allows the organization to collect and analyze program information in real time so that we can continue to improve our practices and outcomes for the people we serve. CEO also captures our employment reentry practices and shares them with policy makers, providers and researchers, so that we can participate in raising the level of evidence and accountability of the field as a whole. CEO has worked with numerous state and local governments, as well as other non-profits, on how best to provide workforce development services to a criminal-justice involved population. CEO also regularly shares its performance management systems with other jurisdictions and nonprofit colleagues. Finally, CEO is committed to helping members of the media understand more about our program and the complex relationship between work and crime.
