CEO is in the process of replicating its model in multiple jurisdictions in the state of California. We are currently establishing a pilot project in Oakland, CA where a third party provider will implement the CEO model and hope to begin operations in Spring, 2011. Additionally, we are looking to establish a wholly owned and operated site in San Diego, CA later in the year.
In November 2010 CEO hired Bill Heiser as the Director of California Operations. Based out of Oakland, CA Bill Heiser will manage the implementation and operation of CEO across the state.
