GOLDEN STATE WORKS – OAKLAND RFP RELEASED

Golden State Works – Oakland is the result of an innovative partnership between CEO,  the City of Oakland, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and REDF (formerly the Roberts Enterprise Development Fund).  Through this partnership we will replicate the CEO model in Oakland through a third-party provider and offer the full spectrum of CEO employment and support services to people returning home from prison in Oakland California.
